In the beginning, Luke’s was a restaurant. In a tiny room behind the kitchen, we experimented with ice cream, crafting small batches to serve out front. It was fun, and customers loved our creations, including the one that was loaded with fudgy, hand-crumbled brownies, and Purple Haze™, a blackberry-chocolate ice cream we still make. People began to show up just for dessert. Soon, our hobby got too big for the back room, and in 1984, Luke’s Ice Cream was born. Without knowing it, you’ve probably already enjoyed our products.

Today, we make gourmet ice cream and frozen desserts. It’s all made fresh daily in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, SQF-certified, strictly regulated by the Department of Agriculture, and KOF-K Kosher.

Our customers know us for our relentless commitment to the highest standards, our natural ingredients, and our myriad of hard-won certifications. They know us for delicious frozen treats in any style, for tinkering with taste and texture until we nail it, and for doing what we say we will, even when it’s hard.

Our customers are restaurants, ice cream parlors, grocery store brands, the largest distributor, and the smallest cafes. They might need trailer loads or single tubs. No matter whom we’re serving or how much they order, our goals are the same; to manufacture the highest quality products, use only the finest and freshest ingredients, and provide consistently superior service to every customer.
